Barracuda Movies December 2025

The House That Jack Built is a psychopath story from 2018 that's similar to 2001's American Psycho, but instead of an investment banker on Wall Street, it's an architect in rural Washington State, hell bent on accomplishing the cathedral of his dreams... made of countless bodies.

Jack(He has no last name) begins the movie with a confession for Virgil, the famous Roman poet(whom Jack refers to as "Verge") about the 5 incidents that have made the biggest impacts in his life, all of which have been specific murders and how he got clean away with them. He keeps the bodies in an old run-down factory building he bought from a pizzeria longa ago, inside the one working walk-in freezer. He plans to put his building skills to what he would describe as the greatest work of art he's ever done.

I personally would consider this movie BETTER than American Psycho, as far as the brutality goes, at least. It's definitely a good horror to rent sometime. 9/10
