At my restaurant, we make charcuterie boards filled with meats(salami, chorizo, and prosciutto) and cheeses(Cheddar, Bleu, and Romano) with an assortment of sides(Duck Fat Almonds, spicy olives, pickles, mostarda, violet mustard, and crispy crostinis). This is a rich elite's idea of a snack lol.
