Flatbread

For the first time in my nearly 8 year career, my original dish finally becomes a menu item at my restaurant. The Mediterranean Flatbread is a vegetarian pizza made with a parmaesan cream sauce, sauteed mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, red onions, and kalamata olives, topped with shredded mozzerella cheese. It's garnished with arugula and balsamic glaze. It's not much but I'm very proud of it, and I hope one day, you get to happen upon it, reader.
